Soft-play is an activity designed for small children that allows them the ability to play with soft materials in a safe environment.
You can browse our inventory online and submit a request for the equipment you need. We will confirm availability and pricing, and then schedule your delivery, det-up, and pick-up.
To secure your desired date, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required. The security deposit will be applied as a credit towards your final balance. Should you need to reschedule your event, a later date can be selected based on our availability and within one year of the original date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date. Dates will not be reserved until the deposit has been paid.
You can cancel your booking up to 5 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We can accommodate both indoor and outdoor setups.
We will arrive 1-2 hours before your event start time to begin set up.
We can set up on grass, concrete, or any relatively flat surface. We do not set up on wet surfaces, uneven surfaces, gravel, rocks, dirt, sand, mulch, or slopes. Should we arrive and any of the above listed are present, we will not set up and a refund will not be issued. You do have the option to reschedule our services for a future date within one year of the original event date.
Yes! We charge $50 for every additional hour.
If your event location is a park, it is your responsibility to obtain a permit. If you do not have a permit, your event will need to be moved to a location that does not require a permit or your event will be rescheduled until a permit is obtained.
You must provide access to an electrical 3-prong outlet. If you are renting the bounce house.
In the event of rain, thunderstorms, snow, or ice, we highly recommend that you have a Plan B to set up indoors if you were originally planning to be outdoors.
If an indoor alternative is not available, rest assured that your non-refundable deposit can be used as a credit toward a future event. This credit is valid for one year from your original event date, and our team will be more than happy to work with you to rebook and find a mutually convenient time on our schedule.
All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each use.
We take extra precautions to ensure that our equipment is hygienic, using a non-toxic cleaner that effectively eliminates 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, mold, and germs. With our rigorous cleaning standards, you can have peace of mind that you and your guests are in a safe and clean environment.
Our delivery, set-up, pick-up, and cleaning fee is a flat rate of $50. We charge an additional $4 per mile long-distance delivery fee for events 20 miles or more from our location.

You are required to cover any costs associated with any damages incurred to our equipment during your event. It is your responsibility to properly care for all items and follow all rules and regulations to avoid damage or theft. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
