When the temperature rises, it's important to remember that our soft play equipment can become dangerously hot. To ensure the comfort and safety of your guests, we recommend setting up in a shaded area to protect our equipment and your guests from the heat.

In the event of rain, thunderstorms, snow, or ice, we highly recommend that you have a Plan B to set up indoors if you were originally planning to be outdoors.

If an indoor alternative is not available, rest assured that your non-refundable deposit can be used as a credit toward a future event.

 For the protection of our equipment, we kindly ask that you refrain from using face paint, henna tattoos, or airbrush art in or around our setup area. These may cause permanent staining, and, regrettably, we are unable to book events where they will be present.
